Photo credit: NCDC Source: Twitter 1. Jigawa Jigawa state has 318 confirmed cases out of which 308 have recovered while 10 have died. The state currently does not have an active case. 2. Kano Out of 1,268 confirmed cases, only 187 are still on admission as 1,029 have recovered. 3. Borno Borno state currently has 547 confirmed cases of Covid-19. However, 68 are only active as 446 people have recovered while 33 have died. 4. Sokoto Sokoto's confirmed Covid-19 cases stand at 153 at the time of this report. However, only 12 are still active as 125 have recovered while 16 people have died. 5. Zamfara Seventy-one people out of the 76 confirmed Covid-19 cases in Zamfara have recovered. Five people have died while the state currently does not have an active case. 6. Bauchi Bauch state has 516 confirmed cases of Covid-19 but only 29 are active. Not fewer than 475 have recovered while 12 people have died. 7. Ekiti Ekiti state has 45 confirmed cases out of which only three are active. Forty (40) people have recovered while two people have died. 8. Yobe Yobe state has 61 confirmed cases out of which only two are active while 51 have recovered. Eight people have died of Covid-19 in the state. 9. Oyo Oyo state has 1,530 confirmed cases out of which 702 are active but 809 have recovered with 19 deaths 10. Edo In Edo state, 840 people have recovered while 545 cases are still active. The state has 1,435 confirmed cases with 50 deaths. 11. Rivers Rivers state has 1,205 confirmed cases; 370 active, 794 recoveries and 41 deaths. 12. Ogun Ogun has 1,047 confirmed cases; 385 active, 641 recoveries and 21 deaths 13. Kaduna Kaduna has 868 confirmed cases; 277 active, 579 recoveries and 12 deaths. 14. Katsina The number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Katsina is 628. While 164 are still active, 441 have recovered. The state has 23 deaths. 15. Gombe Gombe has 520 confirmed cases; 122 active, 377 recoveries and 21 deaths. 16. Ebonyi Ebonyi state has 503 confirmed cases; 131 active, 369 recoveries and three deaths. 17. Abia Abia state has 391 confirmed cases; 170 active, 218 recoveries and three deaths. 18. Enugu Enugu state has 381 confirmed cases; 136 active, 235 recoveries and 10 deaths. 19. Kwara Kwara state has 284 confirmed cases; 114 active, 161 recoveries and nine deaths. 20. Niger Niger state has 122 confirmed cases; 40 active, 75 recoveries and seven deaths. 21. Akwa Ibom Akwa Ibom state has 112 confirmed cases; 38 active, 71 recoveries and three deaths. 22. Adamawa Adamawa state has 99 confirmed cases; 21 active, 71 recoveries and seven deaths. 23. Kebbi Kebbi has 84 confirmed cases; 19 active, 58 recoveries and seven deaths. 24. Anambra Anambra has 73 confirmed cases; seven active 57 recoveries and nine deaths. 25. Kogi Kogi has five confirmed cases; three recoveries and two deaths, no active case. 26. Cross River Cross River has five confirmed cases; one active, three recoveries and one death. The federal government expressed its concern through the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19 led by Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha.
